The Global Citizen Forum supported Commonwealth Society of India to welcome the Canadian Commonwealth Parliamentary Association in an event that was attended by High Commissioners of the Commonwealth Nations. The evening was a celebration of the spirit of diversity, unity and a tribute to the spirit of global citizenship.

The event was also attended by an august audience of senior bureaucrats, media persons and representatives of business and industry. It marked the importance of the Commonwealth as the force for Peace with its inherent pluralism, mutual respect and effective utilization of human capital to bring the World together.
